About Wonderworks

We’ve brought together the dream team.

The WonderWorks Family Business

After building successful careers as artists, fabricators, industrial designers and marketers, we decided to start our family business that combines our diverse skill sets to create a full-service creative fabrication workshop under one roof. Upon Wade Radke‘s return to California, he and his niece, Briona Darling sparked the idea to create a fabrication business. Their vision was to create a venture that combined Wade’s successful history as the owner of an aerospace industrial design company, with Briona’s (artist name Briona Hendren) expanding achievements as a Sonoma County sculpture artist, welding instructor and commercial fabricator. Not long after the founding of the company, they invited Briona’s husband, Zack Darling as a partner. Zack’s vast experience in design, business building, brand strategy, retail marketing and display fabrication rounded out the business and strengthened the family venture.

After years of developing and growing multiple successful businesses, Wade has reconnected with his true passion for art and design.  During his most notable venture, an aerospace design and manufacturing company, Wade developed and designed multiple different types of artistic latching mechanisms for the world’s most elite corporate aircraft.  Each one of his designs is considered the fine jewelry of the aircraft interior.  Wade has a passion for kinetic and mechanical art, making motion beautiful.  He holds three degrees; industrial engineering, computer science and aerospace management, he uses his professional education and aerospace experience to develop and create art that simulates the motions and designs nature.  As a pilot and avid world traveler he loves life from thirty thousand feet above ground. He incorporates many accepts of that thirty thousand foot view into all he does.
